First, the heat dissipation of the inverter is not good

In fact, we all know that too high a temperature can damage any device, just like a human brain, too high a temperature will also burn out the brain, in fact, the same is true for inverters. When the temperature rises, due to the sensitivity of the semiconductor to temperature, the registration time and shutdown time of the inverter, as well as the waiting time that occurs by the delayed circuit, will change, and there is a relatively precise change law. When the temperature exceeds a certain limit, it will cause a lack of "waiting time", which will cause the output waveform of the inverter circuit to appear "glitch", and eventually cause the inverter to be damaged due to straight-through.

However, as far as most equipment is concerned, its damage is often relatively slow, and the temperature when damaged is usually not very accurate, and only in the inverter inverter circuit, the temperature exceeds a certain limit, which will immediately lead to the damage of the inverter, and the temperature limit is often very high.

Second, the device environment is not accurate

The inverter is an all-power semiconductor device, so its requirements for the surrounding environment are the same as those of other power semiconductor equipment.

1. Ambient humidity: the relative humidity does not exceed 90% (no condensation).

2. Other conditions: there should be no direct sunlight, no corrosive gas and flammable gas, less dust, and an altitude of less than 1000m at the device position of the inverter.

3. Ambient temperature: -10 to 40 degrees is generally required. If the heat dissipation conditions are good (e.g. if the case is removed), the upper limit temperature can be increased to 50 degrees.
