(6) Electrical, electromagnetic and mechanism locking devices are installed between the isolation switch, the grounding switch and the circuit breaker to prevent misoperation. If the locking device fails or the isolation switch and the grounding switch cannot operate normally, the corresponding circuit breaker and knife switch position status must be checked strictly according to the requirements of the locking.
