1. Additional torque
The torque that occurs on the motor shaft under additional voltage, extra load is called the extra torque of the motor.
2. Starting torque
The torque generated by the motor at the moment when a voltage is applied to the motor in a stopped condition is called the starting torque. The starting torque characterizes the starting ability of the motor, which is related to the starting mode (such as step-down starting, AC servo motor frequency conversion speed regulation starting, winding motor series resistance starting, etc.).
For the directly started squirrel cage motor, the starting torque is generally 0.8-2.2 times of the additional torque. In general, the starting torque should be more than 1.25 times the additional torque, and the corresponding starting current should be 5-6 times the additional current.
For large DC servo motors, the starting torque is particularly large, so the starting current is also very large, so the large Guangzhou DC servo motor should not be started directly, and the voltage should be reduced. The exception is small Shenzhen DC servo motors and permanent magnet servo motors.
3. Large torque
*The high torque is the boundary between the stable and non-stable areas of the motor torque. If the load torque is greater than the maximum torque, the output torque of the motor will become smaller and enter the stalled rotor condition. At this point, the current will be very high, and the motor will be incinerated as a result.
4. Stalled torque
After the Japan servo motor enters the stalled rotation condition, the speed is zero, and the torque that the motor can output is the stalled torque.
5. The connection of torque in different conditions
* The large torque is greater than the extra torque, but the stalled torque of the asynchronous motor may be greater than the * large torque or less than the additional torque, the former is caused by the difference in the motor parameters of the stalled rotor condition and the * large torque condition, and the latter is determined according to the design of practical working conditions.

Advantages of Mitsubishi servo system:
The servo system is an automatic control system that makes the output of the object's position, direction, and condition change according to the arbitrary change of the input quantity (or given value). In the automatic control system, the system that can echo the control signal with a certain degree of accuracy is called the follow-up system, also known as the servo system.

Introduction to Mitsubishi PLCFX3U positioning control
1. The workbench runs in the direction of the decrease of the value of the current value register (generally M8342=OFF in the opposite direction), and when it encounters the near-point signal, it becomes a creeping speed, and the zero-point signal after leaving the near-point signal arrives with a delay of 1ms, and the pulse output is immediately aborted.

How to write a holding circuit for Mitsubishi PLC
There is a very common kind of circuit in Mitsubishi PLC - the persistence circuit. The insistence circuit means that when the external input switch is a button, it can be pressed once through the insistence circuit to insist on the output, similar to the self-locking in the electrical diagram. We use Mitsubishi PLC as an example to write a sticking circuit.

Mitsubishi servo motor method
1. Torque control: Torque control sets the output torque of the motor shaft through external imitation input or direct address assignment. For example, 10V is equivalent to 5Nm. When the external analog is set to 5V, the output of the motor shaft is 2.5 Nm. If the motor shaft load is less than 2.5 Nm, when the external load is 2.5 N...
