In addition, the selection of the RCB is not related to the setting of the carrier frequency, but rather to the additional sensitivity current of the CSB. Leakage current not only passes through the inverter's own system, but also sometimes flows to other systems through the grounding wire. Leakage currents may cause unwanted action of leakage circuit breakers or leakage relays.
1. Countermeasures
· When the carrier frequency is set higher, the Pr.72PWM frequency selection is set lower.
However, this will add noise to the motor. Proper settings for Pr.240 Soft-PWM motion selection will improve motor noise.
· It can be solved by using leakage circuit breakers to prevent harmonics and surges in its own system and other systems, and improve the carrier frequency (under low noise).
2. Leakage current to the ground
· If the wiring length is too long, the leakage current will increase, please be careful. If the carrier frequency of the inverter is reduced, the leakage current can be reduced.
· Improving motor capacity will lead to an increase in leakage current. The leakage current of the 400V class is larger than that of the 200V class.
