Select Manual manual: you are required to select the adjustment source, < 1> Analog (analog), use the current generator to adjust the current so that the feedback rod is horizontal when the valve position is at 50%, and then press the OK button, and the rest will be carried out automatically. <2> Digital, the communicator will display a menu that allows you to adjust the crosspoint, select the direction and magnitude of the desired change so that the feedback lever is horizontal at 50% of the valve position, and the crossover adjustment can be 10.00 in Large, 10 in Medium, and 0.10 in Small. After adjustment, select Done, and the rest will be done automatically (manual is the recommended option).
2. Select the last value: the intersection point currently stored in the instrument is used as the intersection point, and the remaining part is carried out automatically. (The previous value cannot be used manually.)
3. Select the default value of Default: it will assume that the middle position of the stroke sensor is the intersection value and write to the instrument, due to the error of installation and stroke sensor verification, so this value is not very suitable for the intersection point. The rest is automatic.
3. Burst Mode:
The trigger mode is to provide continuous communication with the locator, and then convert it into 4-20mA output by the Rosemount 333 analog signal converter, which can provide 1, analog input, 2, stroke given point, 3, input and output air pressure, 4, stroke feedback.
