The Fisher Positioner DVC6200 is Emerson's valve-mounted, digital valve controller that intelligentizes the entire control valve assembly. Take control of your process with important, real-time information that can be accessed from anywhere in the loop. It also helps you reduce maintenance time and costs and improve your facility's operational performance by detecting problems before they become problems. This flexible instrument is suitable for a wide range of applications with any host and valve, significantly reducing inventory and simplifying personnel training. But the Fisher locator needs to be debugged before DVC6200 can be used, so what are the specific debugging steps? So today, let the technical editor of Hongli Instrument introduce the debugging steps of the Fisher locator DVC6200, I hope it will be helpful to you.
Step 1: Connect the Rosemount 475 communicator
1. Enter the interface and select HART;
2. Select online and enter.
3. If there is an alarm signal, select YES and enter;
4. Select configure from the online drop-down menu and press enter;
5. Select the calibration menu and press Enter;
6. Select Auto Calibration;
7. Select out of service from the warning menu;
8. Select CONTINUE and enter to select travel control;
9. The automatic calibration of the valve does not need to be operated, just wait until the interface shown in the following figure;
10. Automatic verification completes OK key confirmation;
11. Select OK;
12. Modify it to the IN service status, and the calibration is completed.
Step 2: DVC positioner feedback debugging instructions
1. Select Manual Setup in the Configure menu;
2. Select the mode protection to change in service to OUT of service;
3. Choose to change the instrument mode;
4. Select Out of Service. Enter and return;
5. Warm reminder to choose OK;
6. Select outputs in manual setup to set the tracker feedback;
7. Select Output Terminal;
8. Select Output Terminal;
9. Select enable and enter;
10. Be sure to select send to complete the feedback use settings. Remember to change the valve back to the in service state.
Step 3: The base station check button is activated
1. Activate the function under the manual setup menu;
2. Activate the function and select send to complete the self-travel calibration button setting of the junction box;
3. Press the debugging button for 3-10 seconds, the valve will automatically carry out stroke calibration, and the valve will automatically carry out stroke calibration.
Step 4: Adjust the sensitivity
If you find that the valve under the Fisher valve positioner is oscillating, or the valve is too slow, you can adjust the Tuning Set (simply understood as sensitivity) to improve it, and click send to send. There is a "C D E F G H I J K L M" optional, the C valve has the slowest response, the M valve has the fastest response, and the faster the response, the easier it is to cause oscillation.
Step 5: Set the Instrument Mode
When the parameters are adjusted during the positioner verification and parameter adjustment, the Instrument Mode generally needs to be placed in the Out Of Service (or Not In Service) state, and the In Service must be put into the After verification and adjustment are completed!
The above introduces the debugging steps of the Fisher locator DVC6200, and when you use it in the later stage, if you need to debug the locator, you can follow the above steps to debug, so that errors can be avoided and accurate data can be obtained.
