Use and Maintenance:
1. It is recommended that the user unit appoint a special person to be responsible for the use and maintenance
2. Regular maintenance 1-2 times a year is the best way for the solenoid valve to work reliably and live long. The following 4 conditions inside the solenoid valve are the reasons that hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve and shorten the life of the solenoid valve.
(1) The medium changes during use
(2) Rust in the tube
(3) The oil oxidation of the air compressor produces carbon tar and other impurities, which are mixed into the pipeline 2.4 There are impurities such as dust particles and dirt in the pipeline
3. After the solenoid valve is installed or put into operation again after a long period of deactivation, it must be put into the medium for several times, and it can only be officially used after working normally
4. When the steam valve is put into operation again after being out of service for a long time, the condensate should be drained and then tried several times, and it can be put into operation only after the operation is normal.
5. Before maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and the medium pressure must be removed.
6. The coil assembly should not be disassembled
7. When disassembling the solenoid valve for cleaning, solutions such as kerosene-trichloroethylene can be used. However, it should be noted that the rubber part may dissolve, so it should be replaced.
8. When disassembling and cleaning, each part should be restored to its original state in order.
9. Our company has wearing parts, please explain it according to the instructions when ordering if necessary.
10. If there is any detail about the disassembly sequence, wearing parts and other matters, please consult the technical department.
Installation Notes:
1. Before installation, you should carefully read the instruction manual of the product, check whether the product fully meets the requirements of use, be familiar with the key points of installation, and make preparations.
2. When installing, the solenoid valve coil is upward, and keep a vertical position, the arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and should not be installed in a place where there is splashing or leaking.
3. Before taking over, the pipeline should be fully flushed with a pressure of 0.3MPa, and the metal powder sealing material residue and rust in the pipeline should be completely removed; the working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particles and impurities, it is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve, and a steam trap should be installed in the steam pipeline; the dirt and filter on the surface of the solenoid valve trim must be cleaned regularly.
4. In the event of a failure of the solenoid valve, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is better to install a bypass device. As shown in Figure (1). When the solenoid valve is installed in the branch, the diameter of the solenoid valve should be smaller than the valve diameter of the main pipeline, as shown in Figure (2) branch device. Note: The valve on the side road must be closed.
5. Do not install the valve in the low recess of the pipeline, so as not to precipitate steam condensate and impurities in the valve and hinder the operation.
6. Ordinary solenoid valves should not be used in flammable and explosive dangerous occasions.
7. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the front and rear pipes of the valve with brackets to prevent vibration caused by the solenoid valve when working.
8. Pressure gauges should be installed on the pipeline before and after the solenoid valve in order to observe the pipeline pressure

Fisher Fisher – What are the causes and ways to eliminate leaks in valve disc and seat seals?
There are two types of leakage between the valve core and the valve seat: 1. Damaged leakage; 2. Valve position leakage.
For metal-sealed valves, breakage leakage refers to the default sealing line between the valve core and the valve seat, which makes the sealing line disconnected.

Fisher Fisher - Gas Pressure Reducing Valve Operating Principle and Selection Criteria
The gas pressure reducing valve is to control the opening of the opening and closing parts in the valve body to adjust the flow of the medium, reduce the pressure of the medium, and at the same time adjust the opening of the opening and closing parts with the help of the pressure behind the valve, so that the pressure behind the valve is kept within a certain range, and the cooling water is sprayed in the valve body or behind the valve to reduce the pressure of the medium.

Fisher Fisher - Seven routine maintenance tasks for control valves
Routine maintenance is a planned overhaul before a control valve fails, which can be understood as preventive maintenance and usually includes the following tasks.
1. Stress relief
Pipelines can produce various stresses due to improper combination or installation, such as thermal stress caused by high-temperature media, uneven tightening force during installation, etc.
