Second, there are many defects and ways to eliminate them
1. Before installation, confess whether the function of the product and the direction of the medium are consistent with the moving conditions, and clean the inner cavity of the valve, and do not allow it to be on the sealing ring and butterfly plate
If there are impurities and foreign bodies, it is never allowed to close the butterfly plate before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
2. It is recommended to use the special flange for disc valve for disc plate installation, that is, HGJ54-91 socket welded steel flange.
3. The orientation installed in the pipeline is a good orientation for vertical installation, but it cannot be reversed.
4. The demand for dispatching traffic in use, and the worm gear box is used for control.
5. For the disc valve with a large number of opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover at the mercy of two months to check whether the butter is normal, and the appropriate butter should be adhered to.
6. Check the demand for compression of each connecting part, which not only ensures the bee property of the packing, but also ensures that the valve stem rolls and activates.
7. The metal sealed butterfly valve is not suitable for installation in the pipeline, if it is necessary for the equipment to be installed in the pipeline, the outlet flange needs to be installed to avoid the backlog of the sealing ring and overposition.
