1. The safety fence must be firm enough, must be fixed and immovable, to prevent the operator from easily breaking or dismantling the safety fence, and the safety fence itself should have no sharp edges and sharp corners, and there can be no potentially dangerous parts. And the outside of the safety fence must clearly indicate what state the robot is in (teach, run, repair).

2. Before operating the robot, you need to confirm whether the "emergency stop" button function is normal. Check the names and functions of switches, displays, and signals necessary for all robot operations.

3. Before operating the robot, it is necessary to confirm whether the origin of the robot is correct and whether the action of each axis is normal. During operation, the operator should always look at the robot from the front.

4. In the teaching and maintenance operation, the operator is never allowed to enter the range of the robot in the automatic operation mode, and other unrelated personnel are never allowed to enter the range of the robot.

5. The following points should be paid attention to when teaching within the range of robot action:

(1) Always observe from the front of the robot, and do not work with your back to the robot;

(2) Always operate according to the pre-established operating procedures;

(3) Always have the idea of dodging in case of unexpected actions of the robot. Make sure you have a way out in case of an emergency.

6. After the teaching pendant is used up, it must be put back to its original place and ensure that it is placed firmly. If the teach-in programmer is accidentally placed on the robot, fixture or ground, the teach-in programmer may collide with the robot or fixture when the robot is in motion, resulting in personal injury or equipment damage. Prevent the robot from malfunctioning due to accidental drop of the teach pendant, which may cause personal injury or equipment damage.

7. When the robot is being operated, the mode switch on the teach pendant should be selected for manual mode. Operating the robot in automatic mode is not permitted.

8. During the operation of the robot, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to leave the scene to ensure the timely handling of unexpected situations.

9. When the robot is working, the operator should pay attention to check the condition of the robot cable to prevent it from being wound on the robot; At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to place accessories, tools, sundries, etc. in the control cabinet.

10. When the workpiece is grasped by the pneumatic claw, electromagnetic method and other mechanisms, please use the fail-safe system to ensure that the workpiece is not ejected once the driving force of the mechanism is suddenly disconnected.
