2. Gases

The gas is generally regulated at a pressure of 10 to 15 L/min and the gas is heated.

General welding uses mixed gas welding, and the welding difficulty is low

The welding material is galvanized, and the welding effect is not good if pure carbon dioxide is used, but the effect is very good if mixed gas is used

The effect of gas on welding, the gas is small or none, there will be gas spots on it when welding, and it feels like there are many pinholes on the weld bead. If the gas is large, there will be arc extinguishing or unsightly melting point in welding

3. Voltage and current

The voltage determines the speed of the fuse, and the current determines the speed of the wire feeding.

It is easy to weld through the material with a large current, and the weld bead will bulge or be installed in dots with a small current.

It is also easy to weld through the material when the voltage is large, and the weld bead is not good-looking if the voltage is small.

Therefore, the voltage and current should be adjusted patiently, and the material has changed, and the thickness has changed, so it must be adjusted from the new.

4. Push and pull welding

The posture of the welding torch also determines the effect of the welding bead, and the effect is better by pushing welding

5. Program speed

The speed of programming also has an impact on the welding effect, too fast weld bead narrow, too slow speed easy to weld leakage.
