(1) When using Schneider UPS power supply, the relevant provisions of the manufacturer's product manual should be strictly adhered to ensure that the front and zero line sequences of the mains connected by Schneider UPS meet the requirements.

(2) The main intention of equipping Schneider UPS is to prevent the computer from losing information and damaging the hard disk due to sudden power failure, but some equipment is not afraid of sudden power failure when operating (such as printers, etc.). In order to save the power of Schneider UPS, the printer can be considered to be directly connected to the mains without going through Schneider UPS. If it is a network system, it can be considered that Schneider UPS only supplies power to the host (or server) and its related parts. This ensures that Schneider UPS can use its most important equipment while saving money.

The maximum load of Schneider ups power supply should be 80% of its nominal load (for example, 1000W Schneider UPS, according to 80% load factor, i.e., 800W to match the load: 1000VA, Schneider ups is converted to 800W by 80%, and then 80% load rate, i.e., 640W, to match the load). If it is overloaded, the breakdown of the inverter transistor is often formed under the inverter condition. In addition, when using Schneider UPS, it is strictly forbidden to connect rational loads such as fluorescent lamps, but only pure electric or small capacitive loads.

(4) When switching on and off, you should pay attention to the sequence of switching on and off: start the Schneider UPS first, and then turn on the power switch of the load later (it is best to lag for 1-2 minutes to let the Schneider UPS fully enter the operating condition), and the power switch of the load should be turned on one by one: the order of shutdown is just the opposite, first turn off the power switch of the load one by one, and then turn off the Schneider UPS. Schneider UPS has to be in the power on condition for a long time, while the load such as the computer is turned on every time it is used, and only need to turn off the power switch of the load such as the computer after use.

(5) Do not frequently close and turn on the power supply of Schneider UPS.

Generally, it is required to wait at least 6 seconds before turning on the Schneider UPS power supply after the Schneider UPS power supply is closed, otherwise, the Schneider UPS power supply may be in a "start-up failure" situation, that is, the Schneider UPS power supply is in an abnormal condition with neither mains output nor inverter output.

(6) The electrical energy in the battery in Schneider UPS may be exhausted or close to exhaustion for some reason. In order to compensate for the battery energy and improve the battery life, Schneider UPS should carry out timely and long continuous charging (usually not less than 48 hours, with or without load) to prevent problems caused by battery failure. Schneider UPS that has been newly purchased or stored for a long time should be charged for 12 hours before use. Schneider UPS that is not used for a long time can be charged for 12 hours every 3 months, and charged every 2 months if it is in a high temperature area. Schneider UPS is used without charging, which will damage the battery.
