Of course, PLC control is much more reliable than relay control, but if the device does not meet the requirements, it will not work. Therefore, the PLC machine should be installed correctly outside.

(1) Pay attention to the environment of the installation

The temperature should not be lower than 0°C and above 55°C, for example, not by a large stove or in a freezer. It is also necessary to pay attention to moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and shock-proof, and stay away from high-voltage lines, especially above 6KV, which must be far away;

(2) The power supply and ground wire should not be underestimated

The terminals on the PLC, especially do not connect the power supply to other terminals, otherwise, the result will be serious. If there are electrical appliances such as high-power welding machines that are prone to a large number of disturbance waves, a barrier transformer must be added. The core of the transformer should be firmly grounded. When routing cables, do not tie the power cable, power battery, and control cable together. In particular, the power electricity must be separated from the control signal line by more than 0.5 meters;

(3) Wiring of the output terminal

The output terminal will output voltage, which is generally used to drive the contactor coil, etc., and the other end of the load is connected to the public terminal COM. In particular, if the PLC uses a transistor output, it is necessary to connect an absorption diode to prevent the high-voltage breakdown of the PLC transistor that occurs when the coil of the load contactor is disconnected. Similarly, it is also necessary to stay away from high-voltage lines, anti-strong disturbance measures, etc.;

(4) Wiring of the input terminal

Each input terminal is connected to the COM of the popular segment to be effective, and it is especially important to note that the input segment of the COM cannot be connected with the COM of the output segment. The input line should not be too long, generally not more than 0.5 meters, the input and output should be separated, and it must be far away from the high-voltage line;

(5) After the PLC is installed, it should be debugged

Debugging is very necessary, especially for complex and valuable equipment, if the PLC does not run as preset outside the device, the light will not be able to produce, and the heavy will have very serious results. How to debug?

1. Turn off the power supply, the power indicator on the PLC should be on;

2. To put the PLC on the "monitoring", if there is no program error, the RUN light will be on. You can artificially give the input signal (such as moving the travel switch, etc.) to see if the corresponding indicator light is lit as the outer fabric of the device thinks, (note that the output must be disconnected at this moment, such as the motor, etc.). If there is an error in the program, the RUN indicator flashes and flashes;

3. Imitate the operation first, or run without load. Until it meets the requirements, it can be added to the load, in the test run, at this moment should be closely observed for a period of time, just in case.

4. Record the debugging process in the file for later reference.
