The air pressure sensor is a control sensor that can be operated according to the barometric pressure end sensing. Inside the air pressure sensor, an air intake pipe is provided that can promise air to enter, and once the power is applied, air can be transferred to the inside of the sensor, and when air enters, the pressure that squeezes the sensor occurs, and the inside of the circuit is captured. The magnitude of the current can be used to conduct electronic signals through high pressures, so that equipment controlled by barometric pressure sensors can announce the operation signal to complete the entire job.
How air pressure sensors work
The air pressure sensor has an air intake pipe and a vacuum tube inside. The air intake pipe is mainly responsible for air intake. When air enters the sensor, pressure occurs on the vacuum tube, and the pressure increases with the amount of air. On the other hand, a varistor is mounted on the other side of a vacuum tube, and a varistor is a rheostat that can continuously change the size of the resistance based on the size of the pressure. Changes in the size of the resistor affect the amount of current in the circuit, which then announces different electrical signals that manipulate the circuit differently. This is how air pressure sensors work.
Precautions for the use of air pressure sensors
In the process of application, attention must be paid to the air quality problems in the application environment. If there are too many impurities and dust in the air, the dust will pass through. More influx of sensors, affecting the use of sensors. Water vapor in the air can also affect the use of barometric pressure sensors. If there is too much water vapor, it will cause some parts of the sensor to rust, which will affect the application.

Photoelectric switches for sensors
Photoelectric switches are what we generally call sensors. The definition of the sensor under the national standard GB7665-87 is: the equipment or device that can feel the specified measured parts and convert them into usable signals in accordance with certain rules, generally composed of sensitive elements and conversion elements.

Pressure Transmitter Verification Regulations
A pressure transmitter is a type of instrument that converts a pressure variable into a consistent output signal that can be transmitted, and there is a given continuous function relationship between the output signal and the pressure variable, which is generally a linear function. Pressure variables include positive and negative pressure, differential pressure and pressure. Pressure transmitters are available in electric and ...

Precautions for pressure sensors – a blessing
1. Avoid scum deposited in the catheter and contact the transmitter with corrosive or overheated media.
2. When measuring the gas pressure, the pressure port should be opened at the top of the process pipeline, and the transmitter should also be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline, so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the process.

Classification of rotary encoders
There are two main types of encoders, incremental encoders and affirmative encoders. The incremental encoder reads the change in the viewpoint displacement, while the affirmative encoder reads the positive viewpoint of the encoding axis. They are done using three common skills, i.e., optical, mechanical, or magnetic.

The photoelectric switches are simply classified
An important function of the photoelectric switch is to be able to handle changes in the intensity of light: the light beam is changed by using optical components in the transmission medium; Use a beam of light to reflect objects; Instantaneously returns the light emitted by the beam over a long distance.

Illustrate the dynamic characteristics and linearity of our sensors
The dynamic characteristics of a sensor refer to the characteristics of the output of the sensor when the input changes. In practice, the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are often indicated by its echo to some normative input signals, because the echo of the sensor to the normative input signal is easy to obtain by experimental methods, ...

Important features of our sensors
On the linear scale of our sensors, the higher the sensitivity, the better. Because only when the sensitivity is high, the value of the output signal corresponding to the measured change is relatively large, which is conducive to signal processing. However, it should be noted that the sensitivity of the sensor is high, and the external noise that is not related to the measurement is also simple.
