Photoelectric switches are what we generally call sensors. The definition of the sensor under the national standard GB7665-87 is: the equipment or device that can feel the specified measured parts and convert them into usable signals in accordance with certain rules, generally composed of sensitive elements and conversion elements.
The sensor is a kind of detection device, which can feel the measured information, and can change the detected and felt information into an electrical signal or other required form of information output according to certain rules, so as to meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control. It is the link to complete automatic detection and automatic control.
Function:
The function of the sensor is often compared with the five major sensory organs of human beings: Light-sensitive sensor--vision Acoustic sensor--auditory Gas sensor--smell Chemical sensor--taste Pressure-sensitive, temperature-sensitive, fluid sensor--tactile Classification of sensitive components: (1) Physical category, according to physical effects such as force, heat, light, electricity, magnetism and sound. (2) Chemistry, according to the principle of chemical reactions. (3) Biological categories, according to enzymes, antibodies, hormones and other molecular recognition functions. Generally, according to its basic sensing function, it can be divided into ten categories, such as thermal elements, photosensitive elements, gas-sensitive elements, force-sensitive elements, magnetic sensitive elements, moisture-sensitive elements, sound-sensitive elements, radiation sensitive elements, color-sensitive elements and taste-sensitive elements (some people have divided sensitive elements into 46 categories).
Features (Features of the sensor)
The characteristics of the sensor include: miniaturization, digitization, intelligence, multi-functional, systematization, networking, it not only promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, but also may establish the best industry, and then become a new economic growth point in the 21st century. Miniaturization is based on the skills of microelectro-mechanical systems (MEMS), and has been successfully applied to silicon devices to make silicon pressure sensors.

Illustrate the dynamic characteristics and linearity of our sensors
The dynamic characteristics of a sensor refer to the characteristics of the output of the sensor when the input changes. In practice, the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are often indicated by its echo to some normative input signals, because the echo of the sensor to the normative input signal is easy to obtain by experimental methods, ...

P+F proximity switch selection points
1. Select the proximity switch type according to the detected object. If the detection object is metal, the inductive proximity switch is preferred, and if the detection object is a non-metal such as wood, plastic, paper, water, etc., or a smaller and finer metal, a capacitive proximity switch should be selected.

Safety barriers are used for intrinsically safe system features
The barrier and barrier are composed of four parts: the input signal processing unit, the barrier unit, the output signal processing unit, and the power supply. Depending on the direction of the signal, a substantial safety plan is added to the input or output unit, which then forms a barrier and a barrier. Traditional barrier and safety ...

Sensor calibration method – Blessing Blessing
Sensor calibration refers to the process of transmitting the standard value expressed by the norm to the indexing of the sensor's operating range, and the indexing is determined.
The calibration of the sensor is based on the standard value generated by a standard device (e.g. a known standard force, pressure, torque, displacement, etc.).
