In the process of modernization, the SLP series is gradually forming a modular safety system, constantly innovating, and requiring more stringent quality on the basis of innovation.
VISOLUX offers safety light curtains for a wide range of light beams. These optoelectronic safety devices with self-monitoring function fully meet the requirements of class 4 according to EN 954-1 or EN 61496. In combination with switching amplifiers of the SLVA or SC4-8 series, muting sensors and other safety devices, the SLP series safety light curtains can be configured to form a modular safety system according to the user's settings.
Several pairs of safety encoders can be connected to a switching amplifier. Different through-beam sensors can be used as long as the transmitter and receiver are paired. Relying on the amplifier, up to 8 beams can be manipulated and supervised by a single amplifier.
Together with the amplifier, it is also the power supply to the safety light barrier. The manipulation of the transmitter is the same as the profiling of the received signal from the receiver (e.g., the beam is blocked) and can be processed by the amplifier.
1. SLP series has a variety of different beam detection ranges, up to 65 m long. With the SLP-X-M series mirrors, it is possible to complete the protection of multiple planes.
2. The SLP8-2 series is a safety device with 2 beams, including a transceiver (transmitter and receiver in one housing) and a reflector. Such an installation and design requires only one unit to be wired.
3. The SLPC series of safety grating does not need a rated amplifier. All functions such as start/restart beams, relay monitoring, etc., are integrated into the SLPC's receiver.
4. The SLPCM series of safety gratings does not need a rated amplifier. All functions, including muting and emergency muting modes, are integrated into the SLPCM receiver.
