With the increasing use of electronic components and equipment in the field of automation, the risks of malfunction and damage caused by electrical and electromagnetic disturbances are also increasing. These disturbing signals, for the encoder, will cause the control receiver to misread the additional clutter in the encoder pulse signal, and then lead to results such as excessive speed fluctuations and no signal in the encoder. In the worst case, it will directly lead to the acceleration of the aging of the encoder protection component circuit, the distortion of the output signal, and even the burnout.

In order to improve the encoder experience of the RHI90 series in an all-round way, we will upgrade all RHI90 series encoders in March 2016, following the RHI90 EMC enhanced special series.
