Epson industrial robots have become the first choice for robots with their ultra-high precision, high speed, high functionality, ease of use and overall value. Epson offers a wide range of applications for your next-generation SCARA robots, from more than 300 G-series robots with a repeatable positioning accuracy of only 5 microns to the common RS series SCARA+ robots, which are in an excellent position in the industry. However, our product range includes more than just SCARA robots.

                              Pressure perception by Epson robots

We offer SCARA, 6-axis and linear modules in a complete product lineup, and unlike most of our competitors, we also offer a 2-layer controller approach for the value-oriented RC180 controller as well as our powerful industry-leading open architecture RC620+ controller. Our approach is to give our customers the option to choose the right robot for their use.

In some applications, the pressure sensing function and pressure control function determine whether a robot equipment can complete the work task. When using Epson robots, users can realize the integrated pressure sensing skills of real-time pressure control through the use of supporting equipment and software.

With this skill, the user will be able to obtain the following auxiliary functions:

1. Users can easily integrate stress perception into the user control program!

2. The user can set the force/torque value for a single axis or six axes of the robot!

3. The user can set the trigger value to automatically stop the robot when a certain pressure level is reached.

4. Two sensor devices can be installed, and the relevant data of the sensor can be shared among multiple programs!
