Note: The weight of the end of the fixture + workpiece must not exceed T3: 3kg / T6: 6kg. The T3 series Epson robot is designed to work with a load of no more than T3: 3kg / T6: 6kg.

In addition, it is necessary to set a value that is appropriate for the load. If a value less than the actual load is set in the Weight parameter at the end of the fixture, it may cause errors or shocks, which will not only fail to achieve full performance, but also shorten the service life of each mechanism component or the possibility of position gaps due to belt gear runout.

                               Epson Robot Weight setting

Allowable load of the T series (fixture end and workpiece):

T3: 1 kg extra, *3 kg larger

T6: 2 kg extra, *6 kg larger

If the load (fixture end component + workpiece component) exceeds the additional value, change the setting of the Weight parameter.

If the setting is changed, the *large acceleration/deceleration speed of the robot during PTP action will be actively compensated according to the "Weight parameter".

The load of the device on the shaft (clamp end component + workpiece component) can be set by the Weight parameter.

Set it in the [Tools]-[Robot Manager]-[Inertia] panel-[Load inertia:] text box. (You can also use the Inertia command in the [Command Window].) )

In the case of a camera or pneumatic valve installed on the robotic arm, the component is converted to the equivalent component of the shaft, added to the load component, and the "Weight parameter" is set
