1. Circuit breaker
This circuit breaker can conveniently control the power off and closing of the circuit. It is mainly used to automatically block the power supply when the frequency conversion system presents reverse current, overcurrent, short circuit, and undervoltage, so as to play a blocking role and maintain the power supply.
2. Electrical interference equipment
Reactor is a common peripheral device in frequency conversion selection. When the VFD is too far away from the motor or the VFD is too close to the power supply, in order to improve the power factor and minimize the inrush current at the input terminal, a DC reactor or AC reactor must be added when selecting the VFD.
3. Current contactor
Contactors are divided into input contactors and output contactors. When a certain part of the frequency conversion system is faulty, the power supply will be automatically blocked to avoid the equipment burning out from a distance.
4. Braking resistance
When VFD is applied to inertial loads such as CNC machine tools and elevators, the selection of VFD requires the use of braking resistors to consume the excess energy generated in the frequency conversion system.
