Therefore, in order to ensure that the performance of the welding machine is fully utilized, it is expected to replace the high-voltage electrolytic capacitor once every five years. If it is not replaced on time, in addition to the damage of the high-voltage electrolytic capacitor itself, other components will be damaged.
Precautions when replacing printed circuit boards with OTC soldering machines:
Please check the connection plug-in number printed on the circuit board and the number on the plug-in, and plug in the position after admitting that it is correct, if the plug is wrong, it will damage the circuit board and the OTC welding machine.
When high frequencies are generated
When high frequencies are generated, do not connect the measuring instrument to the control loop or output loop of the machine. High frequencies can damage control loops or measuring instruments.
When performing insulation and withstand voltage tests
The following treatments should be carried out before the insulation resistance measurement and withstand voltage test:
(1) Remove the QN25 connector of the CO206P on the printed circuit board.
(2) Remove the connector CN10 from the printed circuit board.
(3) Remove the connectors QN1 and 4 of the printed circuit board C0121S.
(4) Remove the QN6 connector P10307T the printed circuit board.
(5) Remove the grounding wire (wire number 80) of the printed circuit board P10307T, NF, LF, DR1, and output terminal from the welder casing. At this time, do not let the removed wire touch the casing, and insulate it.
After the measurement and test are completed, please reconnect the OTC welder as it is.
