Photoelectric sensor sensing mode – Doublebless

Create Date: 2024-8-30 12:03:23|Source: P+F/Double Blessing

The pass-through beam device consists of an acceptor located within the line of sight of the transmitter. In this mode, an object is detected when the beam is blocked from the transmitter to the receiver.

A retroreflective device places the transmitter and receiver in the same direction, and uses the reflector to reflect the inverted beam from the transmitter back to the receiver. An object is sensed when the beam is aborted and fails to reach the receiver.

Proximity induction (dispersion) placement is a placement in which the emitted radiation must be reflected away from the object in order to reach the receiver. In this mode, an object is detected when the receiver sees the source of the signal being sent rather than not being able to see it. In the case of retroreflective sensors, for example, the diffuse sensor emitter and receiver are located in the same housing. But the target acts as a reflector, so that the detection reflection of the light moves away from the disturbing object. The emitter emits a beam of light (commonly pulsed infrared, visible red, or laser) that disperses in all directions, filling the detection area. The target then enters the area and deflects part of the beam back to the receiver. When there is enough light on the receiver, detection occurs and the output is turned on or off.

Some photo eyes have two different types of operation, light operation and dark operation. When the receiver "accepts" the emitter signal, the lighting operation becomes operational. When the receiver "does not receive" the transmitter signal, the black-eye manipulation photo becomes operational.

The detection scale of a photoelectric sensor is its "field of view", which is the large interval between the sensor retrieving information minus the small interval. A small detectable object is a small object that can be detected by a sensor. More accurate sensors can often have small detectable objects on a very small scale.

Single receiver and multiple receiver for photoelectric sensors Single receiver and multiple receiver for photoelectric sensors

Photoelectric sensors are generally composed of three parts: transmitter, receiver and detection circuit, and its operating principle is to first convert the measured change into the change of the optical signal, and then convert the change of the optical signal into the change of the electrical signal (this part is called the "photoelectric effect"). According to the detection method, it is not ...
