Sensors and transmitters are thermal surface concepts. A sensor is a general term for a device or equipment that can be measured by rules and converted into a usable output signal according to a certain rule, which is generally composed of an active element and a conversion element. When the output of a sensor is a regular gauge signal, it is called a transmitter.
The concept of a transmitter is an instrument that converts non-standard electrical signals into standard electrical signals, and a sensor is a device that converts physical signals into electrical signals. The primary surface refers to the field measurement surface or the base control table, and the secondary surface refers to the surface that uses the primary meter signal to complete other functions: such as control, flashing and other functions.
The sensor converts non-electrical physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, material, gas characteristics, etc. into electrical signals or sends physical quantities such as pressure and liquid level directly to the transmitter. The transmitter expands the small electrical signals collected by the sensor to transmit or suggest control components. Or convert the non-electric power input from the sensor into an electrical signal and expand it together for remote measurement and control. Imitations can also be converted to digital quantities on request.
Together, the sensor and the transmitter form the monitoring signal source for automatic control. Different physical quantities require different sensors and corresponding transmitters. There is also a kind of transmitter that does not convert physical quantities into electrical signals, such as a kind of "differential pressure transmitter" of boiler water level gauge, it is a kind of distant surface that sends the water in the lower part of the liquid level sensor and the condensate of the upper steam to the two ends of the bellows of the transmitter through the surface pipe, and the differential pressure stranded machinery at both ends of the bellows expands the equipment to indicate the water level with a pointer. Of course, there are also transmitters that convert electrical analog quantities into digital quantities.

The role and classification of safety barriers
In electrical intrinsic safety explosion-proof, we generally divide the workplace into explosion-proof areas and non-explosion-proof areas. There is the transmission of electrical energy between the explosion-proof area and the non-explosion-proof area, for example, the switches, buttons, sensors, etc. in the explosion-proof area are connected to the PLC placed in the electrical cabinet in the non-explosion-proof area through wires.

The main role of the encoder is explained - double blessing
An encoder is a device that converts angular or linear displacement into an electrical signal. The former becomes the yardstick, and the latter is called the yardstick. According to the readout method, the encoder can be divided into two types: touch type and non-touch type. The touch type selects the brush output, and a brush touches the conductive area or the insulating area to represent the shape of the code.

Test method for sensor output
1. Test for NPN output sensor
The NPN sensor output, also known as OC gate output, is based on the principle of open collector output of a transistor.
The principle of NPN type OC gate output is whether the output of the NPN transistor and GND are short-circuited. When the transistor is turned on, the output and GND ( ...

Precautions during the installation of safety barriers
1. The safety barrier should be installed in a safe place, and the environmental conditions meet the requirements of the "application conditions" in the "Safety Gate Selection Sample".
2. The connecting wires of the intrinsically safe end (blue end) and non-intrinsically safe end circuits of the barrier safety barrier should be laid separately in the wiring slot.

Illustrate the dynamic characteristics and linearity of our sensors
The dynamic characteristics of a sensor refer to the characteristics of the output of the sensor when the input changes. In practice, the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are often indicated by its echo to some normative input signals, because the echo of the sensor to the normative input signal is easy to obtain by experimental methods, ...

The choice of accelerometers – Beggar
1. Analog output or digital output:
The first thing to pay attention to is the case of the analog and digital outputs, which is important because it is the interface between the system and the sensor. In general, the voltage of the analog output is proportional to the acceleration. For digital outputs, pulse-width modulated signals are typically used ...
