When the on-site pressure transmitter has no signal output, we first need to identify where the problem is, and do not rush to think that the pressure transmitter is faulty, because in many applications, in addition to the use alone, the excitation transmitter is also used in combination with other equipment or systems, such as various types of sensors, such as digital instruments, such as handheld instruments, etc.
1. If the pressure transmitter is used in conjunction with the digital display, if the digital display is not displayed at this time, the user may say that the pressure transmitter has no output (as a frequent caller user would say). Actually, the question is clear and straightforward. It is unreasonable to hastily determine that there is no output from the compression transmitter. If the pressure transmitter output is normal, the digital display may be faulty. This is the user's fault understanding of the fault of the field. So how do you determine the normal output of a pressure transmitter? It's simple. Use a multimeter to directly measure the output of the excitation transmitter, and measure whether the current value of 4-20mA is used. Of course, this happens when used with other instruments. Similarly, a multimeter measures the current in the first place.
2. We know that the transmitter needs 24V power supply. If the pressure transmitter does not have an output, we should first consider whether there is a 24V power supply or whether the 24 power supply is normal. Of course, this is the most basic common sense of electricians. However, if the field is connected in series with a digital display or other power meter with a 24V power supply, the pressure transmitter does not need to supply 24V power again. The second aspect is when the force transmitter is used alone.
3. If there is a 24V power supply and the power supply is normal, and the pressure transmitter has no output at this time, it is necessary to check whether the power line is connected in the opposite direction and whether the negative electrode is connected wrongly.
4. If the wiring is correct, it is necessary to check whether there is a broken wire in the whole circuit; Or check whether the instrument is wrong (the input impedance should be ≤250Q2), etc.

The structure of the proximity sensor switch
1. Durability
The reason why the switch has such a long life is that the switch acts as elastic in the straight direction from the elastic membrane. Despite the millions of activities after the elastic membrane, due to the small creep rate, only 0.1 - 0.3m ...

Prone to malfunctions of pressure sensors – Turck
The first is pressure, and the transmitter can't afford to lose it. In this case, look at the pressure connector to see if it is leaking or clogged, if you admit that it is not, look at the wiring and see if the power supply is normal, simple pressure to determine if the output has changed, or if there is an output at the zero point of the sensor ...

Characteristics and Measurement Mechanism of Torque Transducers - Turck
1. Determination mechanism
The commonly used torsional strain gauge is attached to the ductile shaft to be measured with strain adhesive and forms a strain bridge, which supplies power to the strain bridge. The electrical signal of torsion on the elastic shaft is immediately determined. After the strain signal is enlarged, it is changed to the positive and negative parts of the torsional strain after the voltage/frequency change.
