When the photoelectric switch is used, it is usually seen in the operation manual that the operating principle of Turck sensors is BGS, so what is BGS? What kind of work does it depend on?

The so-called BGS principle English full name is background suppression, that is, the meaning of the set press, the so-called set press refers to the sensor can set the trigger point of its switch when it is operating, when the object under test is outside the scale of action (that is, when it is in the scene), no matter how bright the color of the object under test is or how high the anti-broadness is, the sensor will not act. That is, the sensor based on the BGS principle can effectively determine the color aberration (non-drift).

Triangulation principle of photoelectric sensors:

Chromatic aberration is simply a general diffuse reflex sensor, for example, if you set punctuality to learn a black object, assuming that the sensing interval of the black object is set to 50 mm, then when the sensor detects a white object, the actual action interval may reach 80 mm, this sensor is suitable for finding white objects in dark objects, but when it is used to detect objects of different colors in production, this general diffuse reflection with color aberration can not. At this point, the BGS principle is needed.

The basic application of the diffuse reflection principle in the scenery is the principle of triangulation. The sensor that uses this principle also has two lenses, one emitting and one accepting, and at the time of detecting the light reflected back by the object, it can not only detect the intensity of the light returned, but also detect the viewpoint of the light returned, as shown in the following figure: in the direction of light emission, the light reflected by the target in different directions hits the viewpoint of the receiving lens is different, and the receiving lens is a gathering lens, which will concentrate the light reflected back in the same direction to a certain point on the receiving chip, that is, The orientation of the aggregation point on the chip actually reflects the orientation of the object to be measured. At this time, the chip converts the orientation information into an electrical signal to the processor. In general, the light sensor and the ranging sensor have the triangulation principle, the difference is that the switching sensor acceptance chip is a relatively rough diode array, and the ranging sensor acceptance chip is a CCD chip or CMOS chip.
