Turck's BI1 series of inductive sensors uses a wear-free and touch-free planning method to detect metal objects. Because of its special multi-coil planning, it has quite a few advantages. They have large detection intervals, a great degree of rig freedom and operational reliability, and then further optimize the system performance. Turck's inductive sensors are available in a variety of installation methods and thus guarantee a simplified installation for the user.

Introducing Turck's BI1 series of inductive sensors

Turck's BI1 series of inductive sensors can be supplied with a wide range of device methods, which enables a number of new applications. All non-flush square Turck sensors can be flushed on 4 sides, but the detection interval is attenuated accordingly as the flush surface increases.

All flush cylindrical threaded Turck sensors are available for immersion devices. The half-threaded device is sunk to ensure the safety of the sensor.

All non-flush cylindrical threaded Turck sensors are designed to reach the upper edge of the threaded tube housing. Many of these safe device methods only cut the switching interval by 20%.

Whether in the chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries, flour mills, food and animal food processing plants, inductive sensors are not allowed to be used without ATEX certification. With their high-grade stainless steel housing and LCP front face, ATEX-certified sensors are ideally suited for use in demanding environments.

Turck's BI1 series of inductive sensors consists of cores, coils, electronic modules, etc., which are measured by converting the self-inductance or mutual inductance of the coil into a measurement device. It can be used as magnetic speed switch, gear age bar speed measurement, etc., and can be widely used in textile, chemical fiber, machine tool, machinery, metallurgy, locomotive and other industries.

TURCK is one of the world's leading automation brands, with a wide range of nearly 15,000 sensor products, industrial fieldbus products, process automation products and various interface and connector products, providing efficient and systematic solutions for factory automation and process automation. TURCK not only provides users with timely and professional technical support and customized products, but also ensures that they can provide high-quality systematic solutions directly on site to customers all over the world.

Ultrasonic sensors In order to ensure the best material flow, the in-plant logistics system often uses conveying equipment, and if you want to run the conveying equipment at high speed, it is necessary to obtain the location information of the container. Turck's RU50 ultrasonic sensor is the ideal solution for inspecting containers in intralogistics systems.

Advantages and disadvantages of capacitive sensors – Turck Advantages and disadvantages of capacitive sensors – Turck

Advantages of capacitive sensors 1. Good temperature stability The capacitance value of capacitive sensors is generally independent of the electrode data, which is conducive to the selection of data with low temperature coefficient, and has little impact on stability due to its own small heat generation. The resistance sensor has copper loss, which is easy to heat up.

Common faults in temperature sensors – Turck Common faults in temperature sensors – Turck

First, there is no change in the output of the transmitter when the temperature of the measured medium rises or decreases. This situation is mostly a problem with the sealing of the temperature sensor, which may be because the temperature sensor is not sealed well, or it may be that the sensor is accidentally welded into a small hole during welding.

Characteristics and Measurement Mechanism of Torque Transducers - Turck Characteristics and Measurement Mechanism of Torque Transducers - Turck

1. Determination mechanism The commonly used torsional strain gauge is attached to the ductile shaft to be measured with strain adhesive and forms a strain bridge, which supplies power to the strain bridge. The electrical signal of torsion on the elastic shaft is immediately determined. After the strain signal is enlarged, it is changed to the positive and negative parts of the torsional strain after the voltage/frequency change.
