1. When the viewing body is metal data, the high-frequency vibration turck proximity switch should be selected, which is the most active for Fe, Ni and A3 steel viewing objects. For aluminum, brass and stainless steel viewing bodies, the viewing activity is low.

2. When the viewing body is non-metallic data, such as; For wood, paper, plastic, glass and water, capacitive proximity switches should be used.

3. When metal and non-metal bodies are to be viewed and controlled from a distance, photoelectric turck proximity switches or ultrasonic proximity switches should be selected.

4. When the viewing body is metal, if the viewing activity is not high, you can choose the low-cost magnetic Turck proximity switch.

1. Measurement of action distance; When the action piece approaches the sensing surface of the switch from the front, the action distance of the proximity switch is the maximum action distance, and the measured data should be within the range of commodity parameters.

2. Determination of release distance; When the action film is separated from the sensing surface of the proximity switch from the front and from the action to the release, the maximum distance of the action film from the sensing surface is measured.

3. Determination of the backlash; The absolute value of the difference between the maximum action distance and the release distance.

4. Action frequency measurement; Use the speed-regulating motor to drive the bakelite disc; Roll the disc, in turn make the action film close to the switch, the disc spindle is equipped with a speed measuring device, the switch output signal is sorted, connected to the digital frequency meter. At this time, the motor is started to gradually increase the speed, and the frequency meter can directly read out the action frequency of the switch under the condition that the product of the speed and the action film is the same as the frequency count.

5. Repeatability determination; The action piece is fixed on the measuring tool, and the action area of the switch is approached by the front of the switch sensing surface outside 12O% of the switch action distance, and the movement speed is controlled at 0.1mm/s. When the switch is in action, read out the reading on the gage, and then exit the action area to disconnect the switch. In this way, the maximum and minimum values of the measured values of 1O times and the average de of 10 times are finally calculated, and the larger value of the difference is the repeatability error.
