There is no need to calibrate the screen after rebooting the system later.

2. If you change the display resolution or display mode of the touch screen when you operate the capacitive touch screen in the middle of the operation, or if you feel that the cursor and the touch point cannot correspond to the touch point after adjusting the refresh rate of the touch screen controller by yourself, you must re-calibrate the touch screen system.

3. In order to ensure the normal operation of the touch screen system, in addition to ensuring the correct installation of the system software, you must also remember not to install two or more touch screen drivers on a host, which will easily lead to conflicts during system operation, so that the touch screen system can not be used normally.

4. When using the resistive touch screen, if the cursor is found to be immobile or can only move in a local area, the user can check whether the touch area of the touch screen is always pressed by other touch objects, for example, once the touch screen is pressed by the display shell or cabinet shell, it is equivalent to a certain point has been touched, then the coordinate position fed back to the controller is not accurate.

5. As mentioned earlier, once the system changes the display resolution, adjusts the screen size and installs for the first time, there will be inaccurate clicks or drifts, and the built-in locator program in the application needs to be relocated, but when positioning, it is best to use a thinner pen or fingertip for positioning, which is more accurate.

6. The working environment of the surface acoustic wave touch screen is more demanding, it must work in a clean, no dust pollution environment, and the dust on the surface of the touch screen must be cleaned regularly, otherwise, when the dust in the air is covered on the reflective stripes or transducers around the touch screen, it will affect the correct positioning of the system.

7. Do not let water droplets or other soft things stick to the surface of the touch screen, otherwise the touch screen is easy to mistakenly think that there is a hand touch, resulting in the inaccuracy of the surface sound wave screen. In addition, when removing dirt from the surface of the touchscreen, the user can carefully wipe the surface of the touchscreen from the center of the screen with a soft, dry cloth or detergent, or clean the touchscreen surface with a dry soft cloth dampened with industrial alcohol or glass cleaning liquid.

8. If the touch screen is very slow to respond when touching the surface sound wave touch screen with hands or other touch objects, it is likely that the touch screen system is old, the internal clock frequency is too low, or because there are water droplets moving on the surface of the touch screen, in order to make the touch screen return to rapid response, the system must be replaced or upgraded, or the water droplets on the surface of the touch screen must be wiped dry with a rag.

9. The touch screen generally uses the serial port to transmit the signal, and the signal is taken from the PS/2 port, while the TPS screen is directly powered from the host power supply. If the indicator light is not on, it means that no signal has been taken, and the PS/2 cable on the control box may be broken. If the light is on but still not flashing, the control box is broken, so the user must replace the control box. If it still doesn't work to replace the control box, it may be that the screen is pressed too tightly, and you need to loosen the screws around it slightly, because the touch screen is composed of special materials, and it is not easy to be damaged. If the serial port is broken or disabled, the driver will not be installed, because when the driver is installed, it will automatically look for the serial port. Even if it is able to be installed, there will be cases where the mouse does not move or cannot be positioned. It is best not to use a serial mouse to judge the quality of the serial port, maybe the 9 serial ports are different for each of them. If the screen is pressed down, or if the ground cable is not properly connected, it will not be able to be positioned. If there are areas that cannot be clicked or are slow to react, it may be caused by dust and the case needs to be disassembled to remove the dust.

10. When touching a certain position of the capacitive touch screen with your finger, when the touch screen does not respond, it is likely that the touch position should not be accurate, and the cursor will of course not be positioned correctly. If the cabinet shell is pressing the touch area, the user can increase the distance between the cabinet and the monitor screen a little more, and if the monitor shell is pressing the touch area, the user can try to loosen the screws of the monitor shell a little bit.
