Resistive
A resistive sensor is a device that converts physical quantities such as displacement, deformation, force, acceleration, humidity, temperature, etc. into resistance values. There are mainly resistive strain sensors, piezoresistive types, thermal resistances, thermal, gas-sensitive, moisture-sensitive and other resistive sensor materials.
Variable frequency power
The variable frequency power sensor conducts AC sampling of the input voltage and current signals, and then connects the sampling value with the digital input secondary instrument through the transmission system such as cable and optical fiber, and the digital input secondary instrument calculates the sampling value of voltage and current, and can obtain parameters such as voltage effective value, current effective value, fundamental voltage, fundamental current, harmonic voltage, harmonic current, active power, fundamental power, harmonic power, and harmonic power.
weigh
The load cell is a force-→-electric conversion device that can convert gravity into an electrical signal, and is a key component of the electronic scale.
There are many kinds of sensors that can complete the force-→electrical conversion, and the common ones are resistive strain type, electromagnetic force type, and capacitive type. The electromagnetic force type is mainly used for electronic balances, and the capacitive type is used in some electronic crane scales, while the vast majority of scale products are still used for resistance strain gauge load cells. The structure of the resistance strain gauge load cell is simple, the accuracy is high, the application is wide, and it can be used in a relatively poor environment. Therefore, resistance strain gauge load cells are widely used in scales.
Resistive strain gauge
The electrical strain gauges in the sensor have a metallic strain effect, i.e., they are mechanically deformed under the action of an external force, so that the resistance value changes accordingly. There are two main types of resistance strain gauges: metal and semiconductor, and metal strain gauges are divided into wire type, foil type and thin film type. Semiconductor strain gauges have the characteristics of high sensitivity (usually dozens of times of wire and foil type) and small transverse effect.
Piezoresistive
Piezoresistive sensors are devices that are made by dispersing resistance on a substrate based on the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor materials. The substrate can be directly used as a measurement sensing element, and the dispersed resistance is connected into a bridge form in the substrate. When the substrate is deformed by an external force, the resistance values will change, and the bridge will be output unbalanced accordingly.
The substrate (or diaphragm) used as piezoresistive sensor is mainly silicon wafer and germanium wafer, and the silicon piezoresistive sensor made of silicon wafer for sensitive data has attracted more and more attention, especially the solid-state piezoresistive sensor used to measure pressure and speed is more common.
