1. Fault judgment
When the electronic scale presents the following phenomena, it is necessary to see whether the load cell presents a problem.
1) If the electronic scale does not show zero, the display screen continues to shine or show zero in the future, and the weighing number does not appear when weighing.
2) When the electronic scale is unloaded or loaded, the displayed number is unstable, drifting or jumping.
3) The weighing of the electronic scale is not accurate, and the weighing number displayed is inconsistent with the number of weights added.
4) The repeatability of the electronic scale is not good, and the same weight is added, sometimes the weighing is accurate, and sometimes the weighing is inaccurate.
2. How to replace
Once a load cell is faulty, it needs to be replaced, which can be done by following these steps:
1) Open the cover plate above the sensor, jack up the weighing platform with a jack, and remove the ground wire of the sensor.
2) Flip open the junction box and get rid of the damaged sensor cable from the junction box. Pull out the cable at the sensor end. Note: When drawing the cable, attach a lead wire through the scale body so that when the sensor is replaced, the cable can pass through the scale body and enter the junction box.
3) Thread the sensor cable through the scale body into the junction box.
4) According to the wiring diagram, fix each core of the cable on the corresponding binding post of the junction box.
5) Loosen the jack, lay flat on the weighing platform, and cover the cover.
6) After the sensor is replaced, the scale must be reset and calibrated.
7) After the sensor is installed, its excess cables should be bundled and placed not directly on the ground.
8) In order to ensure the consistency and interchangeability of the sensor, the sensor cable shall not be cut at will.
9) During the installation and disassembly, the sensor should not be scratched or bumped, and the cable should be protected.
