1. The purpose is to ensure the normal and safe operation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet and the control cabinet of each equipment.

Second, the scope is suitable for the low-voltage distribution room distribution cabinet, and the control cabinet of each equipment shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions according to the specific situation.

3. The maintenance team of the mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance engineering department shall conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance every six months, and complete the maintenance work with the shortest power outage time.

Fourth, content

1. Preparation:

A. Notify residents of the start and end time of power outage on the day before the power outage maintenance of the distribution cabinet.

B. Make all preparations before the power failure, especially the preparation of tools; And complete maintenance work with minimal power outage time.

2. Maintenance procedures:

A. Implement sectional maintenance, and first maintain the security load section.

B. Shut down the power supply of the security load, and supply the rest of the load to the mains as usual. Disconnect the air switch for the mains of the security load, disconnect the air switch of the development motor, put the generator selector switch in the stop position, disassemble the positive and negative pole wires of the battery, and hang signs to prevent the generator from sending electricity.

C. Check whether there is deformation at the bus joint, whether there are traces of blackening of discharge, tighten the connecting bolts, and replace the bolts if they are rusty to ensure that the joints are tightly connected. Check the insulation on the mother for looseness and damage.

D. Shake the total air out of the distribution cabinet with the handle, check whether the main contact has burn marks, check whether the arc extinguishing cover is burned black and damaged, tighten the wiring screws, clean the dust in the cabinet, and test the closing and opening of the machinery

E. Take out the sub-switch cabinet from the drawer cabinet and fasten the terminals. Check the installation and wiring of current transformers, ammeters, and watt-hour meters, check the flexibility and reliability of the handle operating mechanism, fasten the inlet and outlet wires of the air switch, and clean the dust in the switch cabinet and the outgoing wires behind the distribution cabinet.

F. WHEN MAINTAINING THE CAPACITOR CABINET, YOU SHOULD FIRST DISCONNECT THE CAPACITOR MAIN SWITCH, DISCHARGE THE CAPACITOR TO THE GROUND ONE BY ONE WITH A WIRE OF MORE THAN 10MM2, AND THEN CHECK WHETHER THE CONTACTOR, CAPACITOR WIRING SCREW, AND GROUNDING DEVICE ARE GOOD, CHECK WHETHER THE CAPACITOR HAS A BLOATED BELLY, AND CLEAN THE DUST IN THE CABINET WITH A VACUUM CLEANER.

G. After the maintenance of the security load section is completed, the generator can be started to supply power to it, and the bus section can be maintained by stopping the mains power.

H. Disconnect the air switch on the low-voltage side step by step, then disconnect the vacuum circuit breaker on the high-voltage side of the transformer, close the grounding switch, and hang the "no closing, someone working" sign.

I. After the maintenance of the distribution cabinet according to all the requirements of C, D, E and F, remove the safety device, disconnect the high-voltage side grounding switch, close the vacuum circuit breaker, observe that the transformer is put into operation correctly, send power to the low-voltage distribution cabinet step by step, and transfer the security load from the generator power supply to the mains power supply.

5. Safety precautions

1. The power should be checked after the power failure.

2. When maintaining the distribution cabinet in sections, an isolation device should be installed at the junction of the live and uncharged distribution cabinets.

3. When operating the vacuum circuit breaker on the high-voltage side, you should wear insulated boots, wear insulated gloves, and have a special person to supervise you.

4. When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, it is strictly forbidden to touch the capacitor before the capacitor is discharged to the ground.

5. Before the maintenance is completed, check whether there are any tools left in the distribution cabinet.
