1. Conductor

3. Filling structure

Many products are multi-core, after these insulated cores or wires are formed into cables (or grouped into cables for many times), one is that the shape is not round, and the other is that there is a large gap between the insulated cores, so the filling structure must be added when the cable is formed, and the filling structure is to make the outer diameter of the cable relatively round to facilitate the tape and squeeze the sheath.

4. Shielding

It is a component that isolates the electromagnetic field in the industrial control cable product from the external electromagnetic field, and some cable products also need to isolate each other between different pairs (or wire groups) inside them. It can be said that the shielding layer is a kind of "electromagnetic isolation ping", and in the cable industry, it is usually customary to use the shielding layer as part of the sheath structure.

It is a component that protects the product as a whole, especially the insulation. Because the insulating material requires excellent electrical insulation performance, the purity of the material used is very high, and the impurity content is very small, which often cannot take into account its ability to protect the outside world.
