In the design of switching power supply, the physical design of the PCB board must be proper, otherwise it may cause excessive electromagnetic interference and lead to unstable power supply.

1. The design process from the schematic diagram to the PCB should be rigorous and perfect: establish component parameters - > input principle netlist - > design parameter setting - > manual layout - > manual wiring - > verification design - > review - > CAM output.

2. The spacing of adjacent wires must meet the electrical safety requirements, and the spacing should be as wide as possible. The minimum spacing should at least be suitable for the voltage to be withheld, and when the wiring density is low, the spacing of the signal lines can be appropriately increased, and the signal lines with high and low levels should be as short as possible and the spacing should be increased.

3. The practice of component layout has proved that even if the circuit schematic design is correct, the improper design of the printed circuit board will have an adverse impact on the reliability of electronic equipment.

4. The wiring switching power supply contains high-frequency signals, and any printed wire on the PCB can play the role of an antenna, and the length and width of the printed wire will affect its impedance and inductive impedance, thereby affecting the frequency response. Therefore, the placement of the ground wire should be carefully considered in the layout, and mixing various ground wires will cause the power supply to work unstable.

5. After the wiring design is completed, it is necessary to carefully check whether the wiring design conforms to the rules formulated by the designer, and at the same time, it is also necessary to confirm whether the rules formulated meet the needs of the printed board production process.

6. According to the design rules, review the layer definition, line width, spacing, pad, and via settings.
