Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC is the third generation of miniature programmable manipulators, using a type of programmable memory, which is used to store programs internally, execute user-oriented instructions such as logic operations, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operations, and control various types of machinery or production processes through digital or analog input/output. The Mitsubishi FX5U series PLC is also a Mitsubishi compact PLC, with the improvement of basic performance, the connection with the drive product, and the improvement of the software environment as the highlights, as an upgrade of the FX3U series, the FX5U series came out in 2015.
Differences between Mitsubishi FX3u and FX5u:
1. System bus speed: FX5U series as an upgraded version of fx3u, although small and precise, compared with FX3U, the system bus speed has indeed been greatly improved, increased by up to 150 times. It can expand up to 16 intelligent expansion modules, with built-in 2-in, 1-out analog function, built-in Ethernet interface and 4-axis 200kHz high-speed positioning function.
2. Programming software: Mitsubishi FX3U supports CC-LINK, which can be programmed with GXDeveloper and GXWorks2, but GXDeveloper 7.11 and below do not support Fx3U simulation, and the device is only capable of high versions, I have personally tried GXDeveloper 8.52 + Gx Simulator 7.16 can program simulation, as for other versions, you can give it a try. GXWorks2 comes with its own simulation software, no need for additional device simulation software, beginners can directly install GXWorks2, the device is simple and easy to use. The Mitsubishi FX5U supports CC-LINKIE, which can only be programmed with GXWork3, GXWORKS3 intuitive graphical operation of the programming software, and through the FB module, the development man-hours are reduced. The simple motion control positioning module is used to achieve rich motion control through SSCNETIII/N positioning control.
3. The biggest difference between the updated iteration FX3U and FX2N wiring is that 3U has an S/S end, and the PLC can be turned into a leaky input or source input through the S/S end, FX2N does not have this function, by the way, as early as 2012, Mitsubishi official website issued a notice of Mitsubishi FX2N discontinuation, repair the corresponding date, and only within 7 years, as an older generation model, it has been slowly withdrawn from the market, and now there are very few people who use it. The new generation of machines has Ethernet as the fundamental interface, which is faster. FX5U takes the improvement of fundamental performance, the connection with the driver product, and the improvement of the software environment as the highlights, and replaces FX3U in the market. Learn Mitsubishi FX series, FX2N, FX3u is no longer the main force, you should learn FX5U such a new generation of machines, as long as the old generation of products do the corresponding understanding, of course, you can also learn the older model, used to learn the basis of plc programming.
4. The program conversion FX3U/FX3UC program can be converted to FX5U series program, and the FX3U/FX3UC project can be replaced with the MELSEC iQ-F project by using GX Works3. After the replacement of the project, you need to check it, and you may need to replace some programs and parameters, and the program mostly refers to instructions and soft components.

Mitsubishi inverter fault visual inspection method
The intuitive method refers to the search and analysis of faults based on the external manifestations of Mitsubishi inverter defects without any instruments. The visual method includes an unpowered view and a power-on survey. In the overhaul, the first thing to do is to check without power, that is, to use the human sensory organs (eyes, ears, hands, nose) to check the relevant plug-in.

Mitsubishi PLC advantages
Discrete control and motion control, Mitsubishi's instructions are abundant, there are dedicated positioning instructions, control servo and stepping are easy to complete, to complete some messy action control is also Mitsubishi's strength, and Siemens is weaker in this area, there is no special instruction, do servo or step positioning control is not ...

The difference between Mitsubishi PLC and Siemens PLC
The programming philosophy is different
Mitsubishi PLC is a Japanese brand, programming is intuitive and easy to understand, and it will be easier to learn, while Siemens PLC is a Germany brand, the instructions are more general, it is more difficult to learn, but there are fewer instructions, and Mitsubishi has more instructions, so learn Mitsubishi and learn Siemens' week ...

The matching relationship between the inverter and the motor - Mitsubishi
It has become an irreversible trend to drive the motor through the inverter, and in the actual application process, because the matching relationship between the inverter and the motor is not very reasonable, it often leads to some problems. When selecting an inverter, you should fully understand the load characteristics of the equipment driven by the inverter. Ms. Ginseng ...

The working principle of the servo motor of the Mitsubishi CNC system
1. The servo mainly relies on the pulse to position, basically it can be understood in this way, the Mitsubishi CNC system maintenance servo motor receives a pulse, and it will rotate the angle corresponding to the pulse, so as to achieve displacement, because the servo motor itself has the function of sending out pulses, so the servo motor ...
