The R100 and R101 series include two types of light source plans: the robust PowerBeam LED light source and the innovative laser light source, which can be selected according to different application needs. In addition to the advantages of traditional laser diodes, this innovative laser light source also has the characteristic advantages of modern LED light sources. It can be used for long-distance detection, high-precision inspection, and small-scale object ranging detection. The MPT and innovative Opto-ASIC chips have been developed to integrate high-precision proximity measurement into a standardized, compact form factor. In the meantime, R101 is the smallest photoelectric sensor with built-in measurement function on the market. The innovative multi-turn knob function button planning allows users to intuitively adjust the required functions according to the use. The yellow and green dual LEDs indicator plan clearly indicates the operation status and switching status.
The R100 and R101 series photoelectric sensors have a built-in IO-Link communication interface, which expands the product range of Sensing Skills 4.0. Thanks to the IO-Link interface, the photoelectric sensors of the R100 and R101 series can be integrated into production processes according to Industry 4.0 specifications, enabling the interconnection of ideas and optimizing the availability of machines and systems.
