Zhuhai, China, September 29, 2021 – BendixKing, a subsidiary of Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON), and AVIC Harbin General Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Hafei GM") announced a collaboration to integrate the AeroCruze 330 active piloting system into the AeroVue induction cockpit solution for the Y-12E aircraft under development. This will enable the Y-12E aircraft to be equipped with sophisticated and advanced integrated avionics flight display system and active piloting system. The upgraded Induction Cockpit solution reduces the pilot's workload by improving situational awareness and safety by presenting the surrounding environment to the pilot at the same interface. This system can be used for pre-assembly and after-sales installation services of new machines.

AeroVue is an inductive cockpit solution derived from Honeywell's Primus Epic and Primus Apex avionics systems, which are now used in thousands of large business jets and commercial aircraft worldwide. The AeroVue is tailored to 23 class III and IV and 25 aircraft. The system provides two main flight displays, one for the pilot and co-pilot, and the other for shared multi-function displays, which replace all traditional mechanical equipment and instruments. It is also equipped with the industry's leading SmartView induction vision system, flight management system, radio and broadcast active correlation supervision system (ADS-B) transponder and active driving system.
The AutoCruze 330, also known as the KFC 330, is a full three-axle active pilot system with dual flight directors that provides altitude preselection, integrated GPS wheel steering and emergency wing leveling. It offers both instrument landing system (ILS) and vertical guidance and direction control (LPV) functions. The AutoCruze 330 is equipped with a high-definition touchscreen display for easy reading and operation, allowing the pilot to understand the impact of each form on the flight pathway. There is also a knob to control frequently used functions for added safety.
AVIC Hafei General is one of Honeywell's most important strategic partners in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2015, Honeywell helped the Y-12F aircraft obtain the type certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The Y-12F is equipped with Honeywell's Primus Apex inductive cockpit avionics system, which improves the operating power of the cockpit interface through full active control, which effectively improves safety and operating power. Primus Apex has also upgraded the flexibility of the system to meet the current and future operational needs of the Y-12F aircraft.
