Second, the construction process

1. The equipment is unpacked and inspected, and the installation unit, the supplier or the construction unit jointly carry out the inspection, and make inspection records. According to the equipment list, construction drawings and equipment technical data, check the specifications and models of the equipment body, accessories and spare parts should meet the requirements of the design drawings; Complete accessories and spare parts; The product qualification certificates, technical information and manuals are complete. The appearance inspection of the cabinet (plate) body should be free of damage and deformation, and the paint should be intact and undamaged. The internal inspection of the cabinet (plate) shows that the electrical devices and components, insulating porcelain parts are complete, and there are no defects such as damage and cracks.

2. Equipment transportation is coordinated by lifting workers and electricians. According to the weight and distance of the equipment, it can be transported by car, truck crane, manpower trolley or winch roller. The road should be cleared in advance before transportation to ensure smooth and smooth. Equipment hanging points. If there is a lifting ring on the top of the cabinet (plate), the sling should be worn in the lifting ring, and the sling element without the lifting ring should be hung at the main load-bearing structure at the four corners, and the sling shall not be hoisted on the equipment parts. The rope length of the sling should be consistent to prevent the cabinet from deforming or damaging the parts.

3. Cabinet (plate) installation, straightening section steel. Straighten the curved section steel, and then prefabricate and process the basic steel frame according to the requirements of the drawing, and brush the anti-rust paint. According to the position marked in the construction drawings, the prefabricated basic steel frame is placed on the reserved iron parts, and leveled and aligned with a level or level. During the leveling process, no more than three gaskets should be used. Then, the basic steel frame, embedded iron parts, and gaskets are welded by electric welding. The top of the final foundation steel should be 10mm higher than the trowel ground, and the handcart cabinet should be implemented according to the technical requirements of the product.

4. After the installation of the basic steel, the outdoor ground wire flat steel is introduced into the room (with the transformer installation ground wire) and the two ends of the basic steel are welded firmly, and the welding surface is twice the width of the flat steel, and then the basic steel is brushed with gray paint twice.

5. The verticality (per meter) of the bus bar configuration on the top of the cabinet (plate) is required to be < 1.5mm, the top of the adjacent two plates is < 2mm, the top of the column plate is < 5mm, the side of the adjacent two plates is < 1mm, the surface of the column plate is < 5mm, and the seam of the plate is < 2mm.

6. The cabinet (plate) is connected with the secondary small wire, and all the electrical components on the cabinet (plate) are checked one by one according to the schematic diagram to see if they are consistent, and the rated voltage and the power supply voltage of the control operation must be consistent. Lay the control cable connection between the phase and the cabinet according to the diagram. After the control wire is calibrated, each core wire is simmered into a circle and connected to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rings, and spring pads. Generally, one terminal on each side of the terminal board presses one wire, and no more than two, and eye circles are added between the two wires. The multi-strand line should be shabu tin, and no broken strands are allowed.

7. The cabinet (plate) test is adjusted, and the high-voltage test should be carried out by the test unit licensed by the local power supply department. The test standards are in line with the national specifications, the regulations of the local power supply department and the requirements of product technical data. Insulation shake test, use a 500V shake meter to test the resistance of each circuit at the terminal board, and the resistance must be greater than 0.5MΩ. If there are transistors, integrated circuits, and electronic components in the secondary small wire circuit, the inspection of this part is not allowed to use the shake meter and the bell test, and the multimeter is used to test whether the circuit is connected. Turn on the temporary control power supply and the operating power supply; Remove the phase wire at the upper end of the control and operation power circuit fuse in the cabinet (panel) and connect it to the temporary power supply.

8. For the acceptance of power transmission operation, the construction unit shall prepare the electroscope, insulating boots, insulating gloves, temporary grounding braided copper wire, insulating rubber pad, powder fire extinguisher, etc. that have passed the test. Thoroughly clean all equipment, substation and distribution room, and control room dust. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean electrical appliances and instrument components, and in addition, other items should not be stacked indoors except for the equipment and appliances needed for power transmission. Check whether there are tools, metal materials and other objects left on the bus and equipment. Organize the trial operation, and clarify the commander, operator and guardian of the trial operation.

3. Pay attention to the main points

1. Before the installation of the distribution cabinet, the complete set of equipment and its equipment foundation shall be inspected before installation, and the box can be installed only after passing the acceptance.

2. When installing, pull two reference lines at a distance of 200mm from the top and bottom of the cabinet; The panel is in place according to the datum in the order specified in the drawing, and one panel is accurately adjusted, and then the other panels are adjusted one by one; Adjust to the same surface and arrange neatly.

3. The simulated bus is aligned and installed firmly. The plates, cabinets and the equipment in the panels and cabinets are firmly connected with each component.

4. After the installation is completed, the disk signs, the signs are complete, accurate and clear, and the trolley and drawer cabinet are flexible to push and pull. The side-by-side distribution cabinets are arranged neatly, the cabinet joints are smooth, the paint layer is intact and undamaged, and the cabinet body and cabinet door are grounded firmly and reliably.

5. The operation space for overhaul and maintenance before and after the distribution cabinet meets the requirements for the maintenance and use of the distribution cabinet. The insulating carpet is laid completely according to the requirements.
