3. Solution:
(1) The end flange or reducer is damaged.
Looking at the end flange and the outside of the reducer, no abnormal phenomena such as cracks were found; Since it was not possible to inspect the end flange face and M14 screw, the welding tong was removed, but no abnormality was found on the outer end face of the end flange.
(2) The end flange M14 screw is loose or broken.
Tighten the screws with a torque wrench, and some of them are loose.
(3) The sealing ring S132 (128*2.65) at the end flange is damaged.
Unscrew the screw M14, and no breaking was found; Gently remove the end flange and find that a section of the sealing ring is not in the sealing groove and the sealing ring is damaged. The sealing ring S132 (128*2.65) has been replaced.
4. Cause of failure:
It was preliminarily concluded that after the robot lost control, the welding tong collided with the fixture, and the vibration caused the bolt to loosen, resulting in a gap, and the sealing ring was damaged after continuing to move, resulting in oil leakage.
5. Test results:
After the robot welding tongs were installed, the 6-axis of the robot was tested with load, and the 6-axis movement was normal, and there was no abnormal sound and leakage.
