Busbars are divided into hard busbars and soft busbars.

Scope of application of busbar - Wiener busbar system

According to its different shapes, hard buses can be divided into: rectangular busbars, tubular busbars, trough busbars, diamond busbars and so on.

Rectangular busbars are the most commonly used busbars and are also busbars. According to its material, it is divided into aluminum bus bar (aluminum bar) and copper bus bar (copper bar). The advantages of rectangular bus bar are easy installation, small change in operation, large current carrying capacity, but high cost.

Tubular busbars are usually used in conjunction with bolt switches. At present, the multi-position steel pipe bus used is convenient for construction, but the current-carrying capacity is very small. Although the current-carrying capacity of aluminum tube is large, the construction process is difficult and is rarely used at present.

Both trough and diamond busbars are used in high-current bus bridges and power distribution occasions with high requirements for thermal and dynamic stability. Soft busbars are mostly used outdoors. The outdoor space is large, the wire spacing is wide, and the heat release effect is good, the construction is convenient, and the cost is also low.

Low-voltage cabinet for capacitance compensation – Wienal Low-voltage cabinet for capacitance compensation – Wienal

Capacitor compensation is indispensable in low-voltage cabinets, so what is the effect of capacitor compensation. The meaning of this is that it acts as a capacitor. Let's take a look at the principle of capacitor compensation first, when the capacitor is compensated, the capacitor and the load are connected in parallel, and the capacitor is like a bin. When the load increases, the power supply has internal resistance, so that ...

220V DC Hazard in Busbar System – Wiener 220V DC Hazard in Busbar System – Wiener

The grounding of the DC system should include two conditions: the one-point grounding of the DC system and the two-point grounding of the DC system. In the DC system, the positive and negative poles of DC are insulated from the ground, and they do not cause any harm when generating a ground current because there is no path to constitute a grounding current, but the ground of one pole is long.

Distribution cabinet bus connection method - Wiener Distribution cabinet bus connection method - Wiener

When users use the distribution cabinet, they must understand the circuit device of the busbar, and many users are not very well understood, so let's talk about the bus connection mode of the distribution cabinet. The bus bar is used for the internal and external electrical appliances of the distribution cabinet.

Ferromagnetic resonance occurs in the busbar system – Vernal Ferromagnetic resonance occurs in the busbar system – Vernal

The ferromagnetic resonance of the bus system is divided into parallel ferromagnetic resonance and series ferromagnetic resonance. Parallel ferromagnetic resonance refers to the resonance of the ground capacitance of the bus system and the nonlinear inductance of the bus electromagnetic voltage transformer (primary neutral grounding) in the neutral point ungrounded system or small current grounding system.
