1. Basic composition

The appearance of this series of fiber optic sensors is basically composed of the following parts, from left to right:

(1) SET button, this button can be used for sensitivity setting. The basic principle of this sensor is: through the induction of the refractive index of different media by the optical fiber probe, the digital signal is obtained, which is displayed on the screen, and the switching amount is transmitted through the comparison of the size of the displayed value and the set active value.

(2) Indicator light, this light will change when the sensor has a signal output.

(3) "Set Activity Value", which appears in green on the screen, indicates the activity value set at that time. When the value collected by the probe changes to this value, the sensor generates a signal.

(4) The "current activity value" is displayed in red on the screen, showing the value collected by the sensor at that time.

(5) The "Select Button" and the left and right arrows can complete the selection of various functions, which is equivalent to the page turning button

(6) "Form Selection Button", which can be used to set different work forms.

  3. Flexibility calibration

(1) Automatic calibration: When the workpiece enters the active area of the probe, press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds, and the active value will be set and appear green

(2) Two-point calibration: When the workpiece does not enter the active area, hold down the "SET" button for three seconds, one sensitive value is recalled, then place the workpiece in the sensitive area, press the "SET" button for three seconds, another sensitive value is recalled, when the sensitive value changes from one value to another, the sensor produces a level change.

(3) General calibration: You can also press the "Select Button" and the left and right buttons to increase or decrease the sensitivity of the set value.

(4) Position calibration: When the workpiece does not enter the active area, hold down the "SET" button to insist

For three seconds, then place the workpiece at a certain interval from the probe and press the "SET" key to hold

For three seconds, a sensitivity value is recalled, and each time the workpiece reaches this position, the sensor produces a level change.

4. Normally open and normally closed setting

Press the switch selection button on the right side to select, and the internal switch is normally closed or normally open.
