The working principle of the straight line is the same as that of the sliding rheostat, it is used as a voltage divider, it is the actual orientation of the measured direction with the relative output voltage. There are the following requirements for the operation of this equipment:

1. If the electronic ruler has been used for a long time, and the seal has been aged, and there are many impurities mixed with it, and the water mixture and oil will seriously affect the touch resistance of the brush, which will make the displayed numbers keep jumping. At this time, it can be said that the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

2. If the capacity of the power supply is very small, there will be many situations, so the power supply needs to have sufficient capacity. Then, if the capacity is insufficient, the following situation will be formed: the movement of the melt will change the appearance of the clamping electronic ruler, and there will be wavering, or the movement of the clamping will shake the appearance of the injection electronic ruler, and the measurement result will be greatly wrong. If the driving power supply of the solenoid valve is at the same time as the power supply of the linear displacement sensor, it is easier to present the above situation, and when the situation is serious, the voltage level of the multimeter can even be measured to measure the relevant fluctuation of the voltage. If the condition is not due to high-frequency disturbance, electrostatic disturbance, or the neutral is not good enough, then it may be caused by the power of the power supply is too small.

3. Frequency modulation disturbance and electrostatic disturbance may make the display digital jump of the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor. The signal line of the electronic ruler should be separated from the strong current line of the equipment. It is necessary to use the grounding bracket mandatorily for the electronic ruler, and at the same time let the shell of the electronic ruler touch well with the ground. The signal line needs to use a shielded wire, and a section of the electrical box should be grounded with the shielded wire.

If there is a high-frequency disturbance, the voltage measurement of the general multimeter will appear normal, but the displayed number will be non-stop; In the case of electrostatic disturbance, the situation is the same as that of high-frequency disturbance. To prove whether it is static disturbance, you can first use a section of power cord to connect the cover screw of the electronic ruler with some metal on the machine. However, if you want to eliminate the high-frequency disturbance, it is difficult to use the above method, the frequency saver and the robot often present high-frequency disturbance, so you can try to stop the high-frequency energy saver or the manipulator to verify whether it is high-frequency disturbance.

4. If the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor is on the edge of the working process, the display data at a certain point beats regularly, or when there is no display data, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged, and the short circuit to the ground caused by regular contact with the shell of the machine.

5. The voltage of the power supply must be stable, and the voltage demand of the industry meets the stability of ±0.1[%], for example, if the reference voltage is 10V, it can promise to have a ± 0.01V fluctuation change, if not, it will cause the situation of the visible trap shaking. However, if the fluctuations of the shaking of the appearance at this time do not exceed the fluctuations of the shaking voltage, then the electronic ruler is normal.

6. The neutralization requirements of the linear displacement sensor of the device are very good, but the parallelism can be promised to have an error of ±0.5mm, and the viewpoint can be promised to have an error of ±12°. However, if the parallelism error and viewpoint error are both large, the number jumps will appear. When this happens, it is necessary to adjust the parallelism and viewpoint.

7. At the edge of the connection process, we must pay more attention to the fact that the three wires of the electronic ruler cannot be connected wrong, and the power line and output line cannot be interchanged. If the above line is connected incorrectly, there will be a large linear error, it is difficult to control, the accuracy of the control will become very poor, and the appearance is very simple, and the phenomenon of beating is very simple.
