Panasonic's latest generation of intelligent welding cloud management system "iWeldCloud". The system combines IoT technology with the welding production process. With welding equipment as a bridge, the all-round information management of "man, machine, material, method and environment" in the welding process has been completed.

After the collection and calculation of the arc time, welding wire and gas consumption in the welding process, the handler can understand the practical cost generated in the welding process at a glance, and can complete the lean accounting of the welding cost without going to the site.
(2) Visualization of worker hours
The operator starts the equipment through the time card, and the welding working hours are automatically recorded, and the handling department can accurately obtain the actual working hours of the operator without the need for complicated on-site statistics and work report confirmation.
(3) The welding process is delivered and fulfilled online
The welding process is directly distributed to the welding equipment through the cloud management system, simplifying the operation process of on-site adjustment of parameters, and the performance of practical welding parameters is displayed in real time through the "standard fit rate" to help process personnel grasp the welding parameters online.
(4) Remote support of welding cloud services
The "iWeldCloud" welding cloud management system automatically retrieves the data processing algorithm according to the fault code reported by the welding equipment, and the Panasonic technical service engineer will give the user a processing proposition at the first moment based on the equipment data to shorten the problem processing time.
