DN20 Turbine Flowmeter Description—It has the characteristics of simple structure, high measurement accuracy, long service life, simple operation and easy maintenance. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, urban construction, environmental protection, food and other fields.

2. Product features:

1. High accuracy, generally up to ±1%R, ±0.5%R, high-precision type up to ±0.2%R;

2. Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%-0.2%, it is because of good repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration can get extremely high accuracy, in the trade settlement is the preferred flowmeter;

3. Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total measurement and computer connection, no zero point drift, strong anti-interference ability;

4. It can obtain a high frequency signal (3-4kHz), and the signal resolution is strong;

5. The range is wide, medium and large diameters can reach 1:20, and small diameters are 1:10.

2. Installation matters:

1. Before putting into operation, the instrument coefficient should be set, carefully checked, and the flowmeter can be sent only after the wiring is correct and the grounding is good;

2. Regularly clean, inspect and recalibrate the flowmeter, and the flowmeter with lubricating oil or cleaning liquid injection port should be regularly injected with lubricating oil or cleaning liquid according to the requirements of the manual to maintain the good operation of the impeller;

3. Monitor the condition of the display instrument, evaluate the reading of the display instrument, and check the abnormality in time;

4. Keep the filter unblocked, the filter blockage can be judged from the increase of the pressure gauge reading difference at the inlet and outlet, and the blockage can be eliminated in time.
