1.1 Water supply frequency conversion cabinet
(1) Ordinary water supply frequency conversion cabinet: this product can control a water pump motor frequency conversion water supply and a water pump motor power frequency water supply at the same time, and the power of the water pump motor is between 0.75KW and 5.5KW. The water supply capacity of this product can meet the water supply of residents of low-rise houses below 350 households, and can also be used for the water supply system of bathing centers in towns and the water supply system of small water boilers.
(2) Special water supply frequency conversion cabinet: This product can realize the frequency conversion cycle operation of four water pump motors, or the frequency conversion of one pump motor and the power frequency operation of six water pump motors, or the frequency conversion cycle operation of two water pump motors and the power frequency operation of four pump motors, or the frequency conversion cycle operation of three water pump motors and the power frequency operation of two pump motors, etc., and the power of the pump motor is between 5.5KW and 75KW.

(1) Steam boiler water replenishment frequency conversion cabinet
The product uses a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and differential pressure transmitter to control the steam drum of the steam boiler to continuously and evenly replenish water, ensure the balance of water replenishment and evaporation of the steam drum, not only improve the accuracy of water replenishment adjustment and save the consumption of electric energy, but also reduce the equipment failure rate, ensure the safe operation of the boiler and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
(2) Hot water boiler water replenishment frequency conversion cabinet:
The product uses a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and pressure transmitter to control the continuous and uniform water replenishment of the hot water boiler to ensure the balance of water replenishment and water loss of the boiler, which not only improves the accuracy of water replenishment adjustment and saves electric energy consumption, but also reduces the equipment failure rate, ensures the safe operation of the boiler and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
1.2.2 Boiler circulating water pump frequency conversion cabinet
When the product uses a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and temperature differential transmitter or differential pressure transmitter to control the hot water flow rate of the circulating water pump of the heating network, it should prevent the accident of low flow rate of circulating hot water in the heating network caused by the increase of outdoor ambient temperature or prevent the heating temperature of the front end and end of the heat load from not meeting the standard due to the change of outdoor ambient temperature. This paper recommends the application of frequency converter open-loop control of the hot water flow of the circulating water pump of the heating network, which can not only meet the heating requirements of users, but also save electric energy and ensure the safe operation of the heating network, so that the circulating water pump can operate reasonably and economically.
1.2.3 Boiler blower frequency conversion cabinet
The product can use a system composed of inverter and flue gas oxygen content transmitter to control the blast volume of the boiler to ensure that the oxygen content of the flue gas in the furnace is stable in the best range of coal combustion. However, the oxygen transmitter is expensive and has a relatively short life, so it is recommended that an experienced stoker observe the state of the coal-fired flame in the furnace and use the inverter to open the loop to control the air volume of the blower, which can also achieve the dual purpose of saving electricity and coal.
1.2.4 Boiler induced draft fan frequency conversion cabinet
The product uses a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and composite micro positive and negative pressure transmitter to control the induced air volume of the boiler to ensure that the micro negative pressure value in the furnace is stable at a good setting value, which not only creates the basic conditions for coal combustion to achieve the best wind-coal ratio, but also saves a lot of energy by not inhaling too much cold air in the furnace and discharging too much hot air from the flue, and also avoids equipment and personal accidents caused by improper manual operation and untimely maintenance.
1.2.5 Boiler grate frequency conversion cabinet
The product uses an inverter to open the loop to control the amount of coal into the furnace, and manually controls the speed of the grate motor according to the change of outdoor ambient temperature to adjust the amount of coal conveyed, so as to ensure that the amount of coal entering the furnace fully meets the requirements of the load.
1.3 Central air-conditioning inverter cabinet
(1) Cooling tower fan inverter cabinet: This product uses a closed-loop system composed of a frequency converter and a temperature transmitter to control the fan air volume of the cooling tower, and compares the cooling water temperature of the cooling tower with the given temperature to realize the closed-loop automatic control of the speed of the fan, so as to achieve the purpose of saving electricity and prolonging the overhaul cycle and service life of the equipment.
(2) Air conditioning unit fan frequency conversion cabinet: the product uses a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and micro differential pressure transmitter to automatically control the air volume of the blower, and realizes the closed-loop control of the speed of the blower according to the set pressure required in the air conditioning room and the feedback pressure in the air conditioning room, so that the air pressure in the air conditioning room maintains a good positive pressure value, so as to meet the requirements of the air supply room for air volume and save electricity.
(3) Inverter cabinet of air conditioning cooling water pump: This product adopts a closed-loop system composed of inverter and temperature difference transmitter to automatically control the circulating water volume of the cooling water pump. If the temperature difference is large, the speed of the cooling water pump increases; On the contrary, if the temperature difference is small, the speed of the cooling water pump will be reduced.
(4) Inverter cabinet of air-conditioning chilled water pump: This product adopts a closed-loop system composed of inverter and temperature transmitter to automatically control the circulating water volume of the chilled water pump. If the return water temperature is high, the speed of the chilled water pump will increase; On the contrary, if the return water temperature is low, the speed of the chilled water pump will decrease.
1.4 Sewage treatment inverter cabinet
(1) Sewage pump inverter cabinet: This product adopts a closed-loop system composed of inverter and liquid level transmitter to automatically control the speed of the sewage pump to ensure the constant water level of the sewage pool, so as to effectively achieve the volume of the sewage tank, stabilize the dissolved oxygen content in the sewage, and prolong the service life of the sewage treatment equipment.
(2) Aerator frequency conversion cabinet: The product adopts a closed-loop system composed of frequency converter and dissolved oxygen transmitter to automatically control the speed of the aerator, so as to ensure that the amount of dissolved oxygen in the sewage is stable within the best range, which is conducive to promoting microbial growth activities and rapidly decomposing pollutant substances, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of sewage treatment.
