1. The Megmeet rectifier module is damaged

It is usually caused by grid voltage or internal short circuit. In the case of sweeping the internal short circuit, the rectifier bridge is replaced. When dealing with faults on site, we should focus on checking the status of the user's power grid.

Such as the voltage of the power grid, whether there is welding machine and other equipment that pollutes the power grid, etc.

2. The damage of the inverter module of Megmeet inverter is generally caused by damage to the motor or cable and the driving circuit.

After repairing the drive circuit, the module is replaced when the driving waveform is in excellent condition. After changing the driver board in field service, care must also be taken to check the motor and connecting cables.

After confirming that there is no problem, run the inverter.

3. No manifestation of power-on is generally caused by the damage of the switching power supply or the damage of the soft charging circuit so that the DC circuit has no DC current.

If the engine resistor is damaged, it is also possible that the panel is damaged.

4. Overvoltage or undervoltage after power-on is generally caused by input phase loss, circuit aging and circuit board moisture.

Find out the voltage detection circuit and detection point, and replace the damaged equipment.

5. After powering on, overcurrent or ground short circuit is generally due to damage to the current detection circuit.

6. Start the overcurrent

It is usually caused by damage to the drive circuit or inverter module.

7. The no-load output voltage is normal, and overload or overcurrent appears after loading

This condition is generally caused by improper parameter setting or aging of the driving circuit and damage to the module.
