Introduction: Fisher/Fisher FB welded angle valves control compressible fluids and can be used in special applications that require maximum noise reduction and high flow capacity. Typical applications include main steam pressure reducing valves and compressor bypass valves. FB valves are also commonly used in sour gas applications in petrochemical and natural gas processing plants.

This design reduces gasket sealing problems caused by thermal expansion and contraction of long components, such as cage assemblies.
ENVIRO-SEAL™ OR HIGH-SEAL PACKING SYSTEMS ARE AVAILABLE. These packing systems offer excellent sealing, guiding and load-force transfer properties.
FBT valves feature spring-loaded seals with PEEK breakout rings for Class V shut-off up to 316°C (600°F). The FBD valve features Bore seal for Class V shut-off above 316°C (600°F).
