The Fisher 3024C actuator is a compact, spring-balanced, pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It is a cast-type fork mounted for universal actuation of ball valves. The actuator positions the spool based on the pneumatic output signals of the different controllers or valve positioners in the actuator diaphragm. The 3024C actuator can be assembled in either direct or reverse action and can provide reliable automatic control valve on/off or throttling operation.
Available in eight different configurations, there's an actuator size to fit your needs.
The simple design allows for switching operation from positive to negative without the need for additional parts.
Molded diaphragms and high-strength caps can achieve cap pressures of up to 6 bar, resulting in high pushrod thrust for a given size diaphragm.
The clamp-on stem connection ensures reliable operation and easy installation, and does not include connecting rods, so there is no need to worry about idling and inaccurate valve positioning.
Cast steel stem and heavy-duty steel housing provide stability, corrosion resistance, durability, and resistance to misuse.
The construction materials of the actuators have been carefully selected for use in a wide range of ambient temperature conditions.
