01.Use materials that comply with the Food Sanitation Act
As compressed air that comes into contact with the whole process of food production, it is the key to ensuring food safety. To ensure that the quality of compressed air treatment in automated solutions meets standards, SMC products use materials that comply with the FDA/Japan Food Sanitation Law.
The modular connected antibacterial ● deodorant ● sterilization filter HF2-BF □ is designed for hygiene management according to HACCP and other standards, and has good antibacterial, deodorant, and sterilization functions, and is now used in dental equipment and air contact food.

02. Reduce liquid residue
When it comes to food safety, the production process is a top priority, with equipment that reduces liquid residues and meets the requirements of intensive cleaning. If it is used in the occasion of water droplet splashing, it is necessary to ensure the long life and clean design of the product, and it is easy to clean, easy to install and maintain.
SMC cartridge solenoid valve JSY5000-H series, with clean design, can be directly flushed with cleaning liquid. 03. Corrosion-resistant design
Under the high standards and strict requirements of the Food Sanitation Law, the supporting pneumatic components must have high corrosion resistance to the cleaning liquid (such as hydrogen peroxide) of the equipment, the filled beverage, the impurities in the environment, and the ozone used for sterilization in the workshop.

05. Energy saving improvement

In pastry and bread production lines, the pressure used at each blowing position is different, which may cause insufficient pressure, and the pressure of the system can be increased by a booster valve to meet the pressure used for blowing.
The VBA-X3145 series of gas-saving booster valves can increase the local air pressure in the factory by up to 1.7 times! Full pneumatic equipment, no power supply, less heat, simple configuration, saving energy and cost.
The AMS20/30/40/60 compressed air management system detects that the equipment is in standby (when production is stopped) and reduces the air supply pressure and unnecessary air consumption.
