An approved exporter refers to an enterprise that has been recognized by the Customs in accordance with the law and can issue a declaration of origin for the goods it exports or produces that are eligible for origin under the relevant preferential trade agreements. After the RCEP comes into effect, enterprises can not only enjoy the corresponding tariff concessions, cumulative rules of origin and other preferential treatments, but also the approved exporter system will also enable enterprises to no longer need to apply for a certificate of origin from the customs on a case-by-ticket basis, but can independently issue a declaration of origin at any time for export goods to enjoy benefits abroad. The efficiency of customs clearance of enterprises will be greatly improved.

At present, Beijing Customs has connected with the customs AEO advanced certification enterprises in advance in advance, opened a special RCEP service channel for enterprises, and quickly handled the filing procedures for approved exporters for qualified enterprises.

According to the relevant person in charge of Beijing Customs, from January to November last year, the total import and export volume of RCEP member countries at Beijing port reached 19.205 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 25.71%.
