SMC has launched a new compressed air management system AMS20/30/40/60 series, which can reduce unnecessary air consumption of equipment in the factory, realize the visual management of the status of production equipment, and support various industrial Ethernet and data communication protocols, which is suitable for the compressed air system of the factory.

Cut air consumption

▷ Reduction of air consumption when production is stopped or equipment is in standby by by reducing pressure (standby mode);

▷ Up to 62% reduction in air consumption*1

Example: Equipment operation (pressure: 0.5MPa; air consumption: 1800L/min); When the standby flow rate of the device is 200 L/min, standby mode (low voltage setting: 0.2MPa)

Reduces air consumption by switching the valve according to the stopping state of the equipment (shutdown mode)

The air supply is cut off by a residual pressure relief valve, further reducing air consumption. It is also equipped with an automatic shut-off mode that shuts off the air supply after a set period of time in standby mode.

Visualized management

▷ "Flow", "Pressure", "Temperature" and various sensor information can be communicated with the upper system through Industrial Ethernet or data communication protocol OPC UA.
