Rexroth oil pumps can be divided into two types: positive displacement and non-volumetric type. The non-volumetric type has centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps, etc., which use high-speed rotating impellers to produce vacuum liquid intake for the feed, and continuously output pressure liquid at the discharge port. The inlet and outlet of the pump are connected, and the efficiency decreases with the increase of liquid viscosity, and the output volume decreases significantly with the increase of outlet pressure.
When replacing the Rexroth oil pump core, it is first necessary to check whether the positioning hole in the pump casing is deformed, and whether the spline outside the shaft is worn and deformed at the spline of the pump core, such as the positioning hole is deformed or the shaft key is worn, it is recommended that the user replace the whole pump.
Check whether the shaft seal (skeleton oil seal) is aging and deformed, whether the bearing is worn and loose (it is recommended to replace the new shaft seal and bearing), be careful when replacing, it is recommended to use the outer diameter (shaft seal) that meets the requirements of the shaft seal, the outer diameter is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the bearing, and the inner diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter (bearing) of the pump shaft, which should be sent to a fixed position to prevent the shaft seal from deformation and bearing damage.
Check whether the model and working direction of the new and old Rexroth oil pump core are consistent, and can only be installed after confirming that there is no error, clean the inner wall of the pump shell before installation, add lubricating oil and then install the Rexroth oil pump core, if the Rexroth oil pump core is not smooth during installation, you should check whether the stator and oil distribution plate are consistent, and then adjust the concentricity after installation. In order to prevent cracking of the sealing edges, the connecting screw of the pump casing should be tightened at an even and gradual angle when tightened.
When adjusting the direction of the oil pump inlet and outlet, you only need to screw out the pump casing fixing screw to rotate the upper pump casing, and then tighten the screw by rotating the position where the guide rail needs to be rotated; Do not pull up the Rexroth oil pump core, so as to avoid the Rexroth oil pump core positioning pin and the upper and lower positioning holes of the pump casing misaligned or the sealing ring at the joint of the upper and lower pump casing.
When installing the oil pump, first of all, check whether the sealing ring and pipeline of the flange of the oil pump inlet and outlet are aged and deformed (it is best to replace it with a new one), and at the same time, the dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned, and the sealing performance of the connection of each pipeline should be checked.
Check whether the bearings and bearings of the motor are deformed and worn, and if there is a swing phenomenon, it should be confirmed whether the bearings of the motor are deformed or the bearings are worn, so as to prevent the life of the pump from being affected by motor problems.
Check whether the coupling is worn and deformed, and whether the pump shaft is concentric with the motor shaft after the oil pump is installed, the simple way is to rotate the coupling by hand (such as using a plug-in motor, you can use your hand to rotate the cooling fan at the rear of the motor), so that the rotating force feels uniform and flexible.
Before starting the motor, first check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is clean, whether the filter screen is deformed and clean, it is recommended to clean the oil tank thoroughly, replace the new hydraulic oil and the filter screen that meets the standard. In order to prevent the phenomenon of burning the pump, the pump must be injected with hydraulic oil before starting.
When the oil pump is working, it should be paid attention to whether the oil level, oil temperature, and pressure meet the requirements of use, and the oil level after normal operation should generally be higher than the top of the filter screen by more than 50mm, otherwise the oil pump is easy to suck up the air and produce noise, and the oil temperature should be controlled below 60 °C to prevent the oil temperature from being too high and damaging the protective oil film formed by the friction surface itself.
